Okie Round-Up: A Day of Collaboration, Scholarship, and Networking for Writing Center Professionals
Friday, May 17th – 9AM-4PM
Oklahoma State University

This event is geared for writing center administrators and directors although we encourage tutors to come, particularly tutors who are interested in leadership and administration. This day will involve roundtables that discuss local and national issues and how our writing centers can address them, workshops that will focus on works-in-progress and developing conference proposals, coalition building, an open forum to discuss everyday administrative concerns, and opportunities for necessary networking for institutional success.

Please bring laptops as we will be working throughout different sections of the day. We will be providing a light continental breakfast and lunch, as well as celebratory snacks afterwards. Come join us for a productive and fun day of talking, thinking, working and getting to know other writing center professionals better!
